ARTICLE 1: LEGAL NOTICES
Les Cabanes du Salève is registered with the RCS under SIREN 829 728 609, whose head office is located at 5341 Route de La Croisette 74160 Collonges sous Salève.
ARTICLE 2: PRICES
The rates listed on www.lescabanesdusaleve.fr are per night and include all taxes. Les Cabanes du Salève reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Only the price appearing on the booking voucher is authentic. The services included in the price of the night are indicated in the description of the cabin on www.lescabanesdusaleve.fr.
ARTICLE 3 – DURATION OF STAY
The tenant signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.
ARTICLE 4 – CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The reservation becomes effective when the total payment of the rental has been made.
Payment can be made by online payment on the website www.lescabanesdusaleve.fr, check, cash or bank transfer. In the case of payment by check or bank transfer, only the receipt of the payment formalizes the consideration of your reservation. In the case of non-receipt of payment within 7 days, the Cabanes du Salève will have its property again and it has the possibility of renting it out again.
ARTICLE 5 – ABSENCE OF WITHDRAWAL
For reservations made by mail, telephone or internet, the tenant does not benefit from the withdrawal period, in accordance with article L121-21-8 of the consumer code relating in particular to the provision of accommodation services provided. on a date or according to a determined periodicity.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION
Cancellation by the tenant
if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, the full amount paid will be refunded by Les Cabanes du Salève.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, the total amount is due.
If the tenant does not show up or if the stay is cut short, the rental price is retained by Les Cabanes du Salève. No refund will be made.
Cancellation by the Cabanes du Salève
if the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, no compensation will be paid to the customer.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises, double the total amount will be refunded.
ARTICLE 7 – SCHEDULE FOR THE PROVISION OF CABINS
The tenant must present himself on the day specified between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and vacate the cabin on the day of departure before 12 p.m. In case of late or deferred arrival, the tenant must notify the owner.
ARTICLE 8 – USE OF PREMISES
Due to their locations in the middle of nature, the tenant must ensure the peaceful nature of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises. The cabins are equipped with comfort accessories, they are the possession of the Cabanes du Salève and any damage or disappearance will give rise to reimbursement.
The huts are fully equipped, shower, WC, kitchen, heating and wood stove (wood available); the perched hut is an exception; it is equipped with dry toilets, a kitchenette (gas cooker) without running water. Tenants have access to a shower/WC room located 40m from the treehouse.
ARTICLE 9 – CAPACITY
This contract is established for a maximum capacity of people. If the number of tenants exceeds the capacity, the owner can refuse the additional people. Any modification or termination of the contract will be considered at the initiative of the customer.
ARTICLE 10 – ANIMALS
Pets are allowed in our accommodations. The owner must ensure that no damage will be caused by his animal and take care not to cause noise pollution. Animals are not allowed to climb on the beds and armchairs.
In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the client, the owner may refuse the animals and in the event of the client’s departure, no refund will be due.
ARTICLE 11 – INSURANCE
In accordance with the regulations, Les Cabanes du Salève are insured for professional civil liability with ALLIANZ PROFILPRO insurance. However, the liability of the Cabanes du Salève does not replace the individual civil liability which each participant must hold. The tenant is responsible for all damages caused by him.
On the other hand, the use of the places and materials made available outside the huts is under the personal responsibility of the user. Les Cabanes du Salève cannot be held responsible.
ARTICLE 12: CNIL
The information entered to place an order and to process it is stored on www.lescabanesdusaleve.fr. You have, in accordance with the law “Informatique et Libertés” n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, a right to access and rectify data concerning you.
ARTICLE 13- COMPLAINT
Any complaint relating to the stay must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within one month after the date of the stay to the following address: Les Cabanes du Salève, 5341 Route de La Croisette 74160 COLLONGES SOUS SALEVE.
